All of our MPAC Racks are guaranteed to be free of defects related to workmanship or breakage under reasonable use for 18 months after purchase.
Any incidence of breakage will only be covered if using Springtail/MPAC brand MOLLE bags or items causing breakage was secured with hardware sold by Springtail. We will not cover any breakage caused by inadequate hardware or gross overloading of the MPAC system.
If for some reason the item in question is not covered by Warranty, Springtail will make every effort to obtain the customer a replacement at or below our cost.
Springtail does not accept returns on any commercial/wholesale transactions unless it involves defective items.
Custom work cannot be returned once commitment is made to produce product.
